Cotton Tales Patterns!
Pam
Curo, daughter of owners Mary and Ed Curo,
began designing patterns for soft sculptured dolls, penny rugs, and
quilts in May of 1994.
Over the years, her work has evolved into Block
of the Month designs, and many art quilts inspired by the wild life
found here in Northern Minnesota. Her quilt patterns are sold
internationally, and have been featured in Keepsake Quilting and
Nancy's Notions, mail order catalogs.

Ollie!
Meet Ollie! He is the official greeter, and store
mascot. He is Ed's new baby (even if he is 4 years old!) If Ed is working, you'll be sure to find Ollie not far behind.
Treats are always welcome. Ollie is a Bichon Frise. He's kid friendly, and hypo allergenic!

We are located right on Highway 371. We are approximately 3 1/2 Hours north of the Twin Cities, 2 1/2 hours north of St. Cloud, and an hour north of Brainerd. Hackensack is the home of Paul Bunyan's sweetheart, Lucette. We are a bustling metropolis of 285 people. There are 127 lakes within a 10 mile radius of Hackensack. This is a beautiful area for a vacation, or just a fun day of shopping for fabric! We are worth the trip!
