A Civil War inspired Block of the Month, or Sampler style quilt. The blocks are appliqued in the method you prefer. We chose to do fusible machine applique for our blocks. This would be a lovely project for needle turn applique. Patterns are printed on separate pages.

This pattern features paper pieced blocks, and two appliquéd blocks. Ideal for intermediate or advanced quilters. There are two border variations. A
simple straight border, and a larger version with an additional pieced border made of flying geese. The
geese can be made of scraps or from one fabric.
